Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, will not be eligible for a return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of communication (note: since we offer cash on delivery, refunds are issued through a method we agree on with the customer—such as store credit or direct transfer).
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
